Your plan includes 2 (Basic), 4 (Silver) or 8 (Gold) marketplaces. When you connect more, your monthly charge is the higher of:
- Your monthly subscription + £75 for each extra marketplace, or
- 5% (Basic), 4% (Silver) or 3% (Gold) of your combined monthly GMV across all connected marketplaces.
One-time setup fees apply separately (£50 (Basic), £45 (Silver) or £40 (Gold) per extra marketplace).

Important distinction. DMS may coordinate or take operational responsibility for an ecosystem requirement without absorbing the underlying third-party cost into the Managed / MOR / Export percentage. Example: MOR settlement administration can be included, while payment processing, banking and FX costs remain separate.

How the plans work
What the percentage is charged on, what the minimum means, and what sits outside the plan.
Every managed plan is a percentage of your monthly MSB — the payout the marketplaces send you — with a monthly minimum. You pay whichever is greater. A Silver domestic plan at 4% with a £249 minimum costs £249 in a month your MSB is £5,000, and £400 in a month it is £10,000. One-time onboarding is charged once, when you start.
